Supply Your Own Artwork

Most of our customers supply their own artwork and if you decide to do this, please take note of the file formats accepted. These can be found further down the page. Please supply us with a vector file exported as a Pdf in black and white.

Receiving Artwork

We can receive artwork via email attachment or you can deliver your files on CD or flash drive. We have a Fiber & LTE connection and are better able to download your email attachments quickly, and thus getting your job into the production queue speedily. Please take the time to prepare your art files.

Files Supplied / File Formats Accepted

CoralDraw , Adobe Illustrator  and Adobe Photoshop. We prefer PDF files with all text converted to Outlines/Curves. This eliminates the need to send fonts with your image. If files are saved properly crossing platforms from Mac to PC won’t be a problem.

In Design, all type fonts should be outlined, then export as .eps or .pdf file. Quark or PageMaker documents should be exported as .eps or .pdf files and checked by you for accuracy. If sending a .tiff file or .jpeg, scan at 400 dpi minimum. If sending a Word Document, you must fax a copy so we can verify that the fonts are correct.
