Flat Foiling Dies.
With our impressive machine capacity and capabilities, we are able to manufacture flat tooling at a very high standard and can offer same-day turnaround when required. Flat foil stamping brings quality and a distinguished finish to any project.
Combination Foiling Dies.
Also referred to as fluted foiling dies, this tools allows an image to be foiled and embossed in a single machine pass. This helps reduce waste and avoid mis-registration between two press passes.
Sculptured Foiling Dies.
Stunning images can be achieved from our 3D foil or emboss dies that’s been CNC programmed to your needs. Our engravers create that “look and feel” effect through artistic interpretation.
Deboss Dies.
Perfect for getting that embossed effect or foiling onto leather, book covers and spines. We deep-engrave 3 to 5mm straight down on a piece of either 6.35 or 7mm magnesium or brass. This ensures that the bottom of the die never gets in contact with your work piece.
Branding dies.
Stamping without foil is within the range of our experiences. Special branding dies are used in the marking of high-grade wooden boxes, wine barrels, cheeseboards and pallets. Material: brass
